Air preheaters use heat from the products of combustion to preheat the process air/gas without mixing two streams. In many processes like Hot Blast Cupola, Food Drying processes, Incineration etc the air/gas has to be preheated in its pure form (without mixing with the products of combustion).
It uses heat from the products of combustion to preheat the process air / gas without contamination (mixing of the two streams). It is substantially cheaper than alternative methods like electrical heating and can use virtually any fuel like agro-waste, coal, waste oil, etc
Gas/air preheaters are also important components in modern fossil fuel fired power stations. Efficient heat transfer engineering and uncomplicated design is the USP of our preheaters. The gas/air preheaters save your money by increasing productivity. It is also cheaper than systems like electrical heating. It can use fuels like coal, oil, agro-waste etc.
